Few tips/methods to help increase the life of your product:

• Raffia: Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking or prolonged exposure to moisture.
  
• Handcrafted Fabric: Clean with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid harsh rubbing or machine washing.
  
• Vegan Leather: Wipe gently using a soft cotton cloth. For stains, use a small amount of coconut oil or a suitable leather cleaner.
  
• Sequins & Beads: Keep away from sharp or pointed objects to prevent snagging or embellishment damage.
  
• Shape Care: Avoid placing heavy objects on top of an empty bag, especially bags with a structured base or gusset, to help maintain their shape.
  
• Maintenance: Store your bag with paper fillers to help maintain its original shape when not in use.
  
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity.

After dispatch, courier delivery usually takes 2–3 days in Delhi NCR, 3–5 days in North India, 4–6 days in metro cities and most states, 5–7 days in South India, the North-East and J&K, and up to 9 days for Ladakh and the Andaman Islands (Sundays and public holidays not counted).
